RREEF Property Trust is a perpetual life non-traded REIT that owns properties in all the major RE asset classes, prices its shares daily and processes daily purchases and redemptions. Redemptions are limited generally to 2% per month and 5% per quarter. The REIT began its offering in 2013.
Only the I Shares have been approved for sale in investment advisory accounts and investors can purchase and redeem at NAV, subject to a 2% redemption fee in the first 12 months.
Dividend Rate: Generally, 4.5% to 5.5%, though the rate fluctuates as the NAV changes daily

Minimum Investment: $2,500
Selling Commission to Rep: None, advisory accounts only
For investors other than accredited investors, a purchaser of shares of common stock must have either:
a net worth of at least $250,000; or
a gross annual income of at least $70,000 and a net worth of at least $70,000.
Net worth is calculated excluding the value of an investor's home, home furnishings and automobiles.
